Mohammed is a Graduate of Economics from Ahmadu Bello University. He also attended advanced management programmes at Harvard Business School, London, Business School and INSEAD. He started his career working in principal investment and project finance at NNDC, where he rose to the position of Group Chief Executive. He has over 25 years work experience as an International Banker and Economist. He was the chairman and CEO of FSB International Bank Plc for 14 years, and is now a Board member and the immediate past chairman of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group- Nigeria’s leading economic think-tank. Mohammed is also a member of the National Council on Privatization (NCP)

Alhaji Alamai is a renowned quantity surveyor and a one-time bank director. He is currently the executive chairman of Songhai Limited, a successful construction company.

Alhaji Buhari has been an educationist and Banker, he is currently the General Manager of Alpha Public Affairs Consultants a reputable Public Relations Consulting company.

Mr. Okafor is a distinction graduate of accountancy and an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He also holds an MBA from the Delta State University. He has over the years developed several complimentary competencies in investment banking and financial services in such areas as financial control, risk management, branch expansion, corporate finance, investment management and securities dealing.

Mr. Okafor started his banking career in 1993 with Crystal Bank of Africa Limited (later became Standard Trust Bank/UBA). He later worked for Owena Bank (Nigeria) Plc (now spring Bank Plc) in 1996 before joining BGL Limited in 1998. He worked in BGL for 8 years before leaving as an Assistant Vice President to join Greenwich Trust Limited as Vice President, Capital Markets, overseeing corporate finance, asset management and securities trading. He is presently the Managing Director/CEO of Securities Solutions Limited.

A Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) 2nd Order-of-Merit prize winner, Mr. Okafor has attended several national and international courses and is an authorized dealing clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange.

Mr. Auta started his career in 1986 as a commodities trader for Cargill, Inc., the largest commodities and privately held company in the world. From 1989-1993, he was a Commodities Manager at CPC International, the global corn refining company which later became Bestfoods. In 1994, he founded the Triarm Healthcare Company, which provided in-home healthcare services in the United States and facilitated sales of medical equipment to Africa.

Mr. Auta holds a B.sc in Agri-Business from Florida A&M University and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

He is an experienced Commodities Trader and a well accomplished entrepreneur.He ran businesses all over North America and the Eastern Coast of Africa in Healthcare and Information Technology. He is currently an Executive Director at SSL.
